Retro RPG: Millenniums End

Millennium's End is a role-playing game published in 1991 by Chameleon Eclectic Entertainment, and is described as a Technothriller.
Personally, I'd describe it as a Cyberpunk game without the Cyber, it's the near future (1999 when the game was published in 1991), civilisation is collapsing, technology is advanced and computer networks and hacking are common, while robots and holograms are seen but not common. The players take on the roles of operatives of Blackeagle, a detective/mercenary company to take on tasks for corporations and rich individuals to perform private law enforcement and investigations.
