Communicator/Translator

Allows user to translate their own speech into a different language, usually
one that the user doesn't have the vocal cords for.

These units come with one language installed, usually basic, but can have
other languages programmed in for a fee of 100 credits.

Seems pretty basic to me, it seems to be a technological way round Wookiees not speaking basic, or a way of not dragging a translator droid around with you all the time.
