Filtration Breather

The filtration breather is a simple design concept to serve a simple and
basic purpose: breathing underwater or in unhospitable atmospheres. The
filtration breather is nothing more than a mouthpiece with a short tube
reaching out approximately three centimeters from each side of the mouth.

Water or non-breathable atmosphere (assuming that oxygen is present) is
pulled into the tubes as the user inhales where the oxygen is filtered
out and passed on in a pure form. These filters are relatively cheap and
commonly found across the galaxy.

Garman Industries Filtration Breather
Cost: 50 credits

Game Notes: Filter can successfully filter out oxygen from most liquids
and other gases for up to two hours before filter material
requires changing. Changing out filter material takes two
rounds and the required materials cost anywhere from five
to ten credits.
