Lumnar Shock-net Pistol

Lumnar Industries' Shock-net technology is a new concept to the galaxy. Rather
than a stun net, it creates a net totaly out of energy with a stun charge built
in. The net spreads out over a short range in a spreading arc. It will wrap around
any targets it ensnares and stuns them down and sticks to them. The psitol carries a
good sized charge in it's pwoerpack as well, where a stunnet psitol carries one net,
a signle shocknet pack carries charge for five.

Model: Lumnar Industries SH-5 Shocknet Pistol
Type: Energy Net Launcher
Scale: Character
Skill: Blaster: Shocknet
Ammo: 5
Cost: 2,200 (power pack: 100)

ten meters away may attempt to dodge, though all attempts are at a -1D penalty.
