VerdanTech Shoulder Mounted Ion Cannon

The ICE-5 Shoulder Mounted Ion Cannon is absed off the L-5 Shoulder Missile Launcher.
It uses a ahrness to strap an ion cannon on shoulder traverse to a control belt at the
user's waist. the belt has a joystick for controling the movement of the ion cannon
with a firing stud on the top. A holodisplay eye peice extend over the user's right
eye. This peice is semi transparent so as not to handicap the user. It can zoom in on
the target like a macrobincular. This targeting system makes the weapon very acurate.
