Short Term Memory Enhancement on Another (Wis)
Requires the Short Term Memory Enhancement Skill

When a Jedi uses this power, she allows another to replay
recent events in order to more carefully examine images and
peripheral occurrences. The target may freeze images and even
scan their memory to recall details that were seen but not
consciously registered at the time of observation.

Check: If the target isn't willing, the DC is set by the opposing
Will save. Otherwise, the target DC is 15.
