Capsule: This was Mobquet's attempt to provide the Imperial Army with an armored personnel carrier. Despite the fairly heavy armor, the army was unimpressed, especially considering the high price tag. In this role the Tortoise has proven exceedingly difficult to hijack, and has become a minor success.
