Background on the Egyptian Priest

The Egyptian Priest is a truly ancient being having lived in Egypt over three thousand years ago. The Pharaoh Psusennes I at the time executed his wife for an as yet undiscovered reason. Using his knowledge of the old magics he contacted an entity of unbelievable power and offered himself to it. In exchange the deity transformed him and gave him great power.

The only way to permanently kill the Egyptian Priest is to use the Book of Amun-Ra to summon the Chariot of Anubus, which will carry away his immortality, rendering him mortal and powerless.

To resurrect his wife the Egyptian Priest needs to find the Book of the Dead in it are powerful spells, written in an ancient Egyptian dialect.

The Egyptian Priest is also going to raise the Desert King and take control of his demons, the Army of Anubis. Through the use of this army it will allow him to conquer and rule the world for millennia to come.

The Egyptian Priest was bound by a spell using the Urn of Osiris and its powers over the dead. Though he doesn’t know why, he has been returned to animate form and is now able to set his plans in motion.

Quote: “I have come for you, to fulfill the curse.”

Roleplaying the Egyptian Priest

The Egyptian Priest is a sad tale of love. The Priest sacrificed himself to an ancient desert deity, after the Pharaoh executed his wife. He is looking for an opportunity to return her to life and live with her forever.
