Description: The Droideka was the Trade Federations heavy combat droid, armed with repeating blasters and a sheild generator, these droids were lethal in combat, as well as moving quickly between battles. However their need to deactivate shields when travelling, combined with the high cost of manufacturing such an advanced droid led to them only being deployed where absolutely necessary. In these hazardous conditions they were destroyed in their thousands, leaving very few of them in existance after the Clone Wars.
