Description: The I type Cruiser was one of the larger diplomatic transports built by the shipyards of the planet Nubia. Although large and expensive, the I type sold well for the comfort and luxury it provided and the sheer inpression that its entrance could provide. The main problem with the I type was its size, although as short as other diplomatic couriers its width made its requirement for landing space as large as many bulk transports, meaning that on many worlds it would have to land in cargo bays instead of the more usual passenger areas. When this became widely known sales for the I type plummeted, and the line was discontinued long before the trend against unarmed transports killed off the rest of the Nubian range of ships. I types survive to this day, but tend to be used as cargo vessels, although a few have become the personal transports of the rich, or passenger vessels for smaller companies.
