Its statistics, other than its AC and hit points, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
        Keen Smell: The Each Uisge has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
        Water Breathing: The Each Uisge can breathe only underwater.

        Multiattack: The Each Uisge makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its hooves.
        Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) piercing damage.

        Deceptive Lure (1/day): The Each Uisge can use its action to emit a hypnotic suggestion. Each creature within 30 feet of the Each Uisge that can hear it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 14) or be charmed by the Each Uisge for 1 hour. While charmed in this way, a creature is convinced that the Each Uisge is a friendly horse and will follow it into the water, where the Each Uisge will reveal its true form and attack.
