Thala Siren Green Milk Cheesecake

A Recipe for: Thala-siren (Pinniped Amphibian)

Ingredients:



  • 2 cups Coruscanti graham cracker crumbs (if unavailable substitute graham cracker crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup Endor butter, melted (if unavailable substitute butter)
  • 1 cup Thala Siren green milk (if unavailable substitute milk)
  • 3 tablespoons Bespin lemon juice (if unavailable substitute lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon Tatooine vanilla extract (if unavailable substitute vanilla extract)
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages of Thala Siren green cheese, softened (if unavailable substitute cream cheese)
  • 1 cup Naboo sugar (if unavailable substitute sugar)
  • 3 eggs (if unavailable substitute eggs)

Instructions:



  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a large springform pan and set it aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Coruscanti graham cracker crumbs and melted Endor butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened Thala Siren green cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
  4. Gradually add the Naboo sugar to the Thala Siren green cheese, beating until creamy and well incorporated.
  5. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully combined.
  6. Stir in the Thala Siren green milk, Bespin lemon juice, and Tatooine vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Place the springform pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
  9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door closed for an additional hour to cool gradually.
  10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
  11. Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill and set completely.
  12. Before serving, run a knife around the edges of the springform pan to loosen the cheesecake. Remove the sides of the pan and transfer the cheesecake to a serving plate.
