Description: As sales for the N-1 Starfighter dropped due to its aging design and competition from newer starfighter designs such as the Z-95 Headhunter and the Y-Wing fighter, the designers of Theed Palace Space Vessels upgraded the design to the N-4. With powerful quad engines, heavier blasters and upgraded shields the N-4 Starfighter is more agile, faster and far more deadly in combat. In many ways the N-4 is superior to many other starfighters of its time and even stands up well to modern starfighters, but a series of moves from the Imperial diplomatic corps hampered sales and led to the eventual discontinuation of the line. The fighters remain popular even through second hand sales, however a lack of replacement parts has led to many of these fighters being withdrawn from service or heavily customised to use alternative parts.
