Description: A heavy assault starfighter built by a pacifist world may seem to be somewhat of an oddity, but the Sun Gryphon by Starypan/SunHui Spaceworks of Alderaan is a tough and combat ready starfighter which matches up well when compared to other fighters of the Clone War era. The fighter is a standard design for that time, but has an extending pod containing a rack of concussion missiles which allow the fighter to hit harder than any other fighter of its time, witht he pod capable of retracting near flush to the hull to allow the vessel to land. Production of this fighter was cut short by the Empire's destruction of Alderaan, but it had been in production for years by that time and had become established as a powerful and hard hitting fighter/bomber in use by many militia forces across the galaxy.
