Name: Titan Sports Blaster
Model: BlasTech DE-88 "Titan" Sports Blaster
Scale: Character
Skill: Blaster; Sporting Blaster
Ammo: 40
Cost: 400 (Power Packs 25)
Availability: 1, F
Range: 3-10/40/80
Damage: 4D+1

Description: Although sporting blasters have a reputation for being fairly weak and ineffectual, the Titan broke the mold, and provided a powerful weapon with a good range. This was done by incorporating some of the additions of the Heavy Blaster Pistol into the frame of a sporting blaster, and although this means that the resulting weapon isn't quite as sleek and refined as its predecessors, it is a far more useful weapon. BlasTech decided to power up its range of sporting blasters because they were being relied upon more and more by wealth citizens for self defence as the republic crumbled. Although its definition as a Sporting Blaster meant that the Titan avoided Imperial heavy weapon restrictions, and improved its sales among those seeking a legal blaster with a good punch, the Titan's poor ammunition capacity meant that many felt it was a poor weapon, leaving it stranded as a hobbiests not a professionals weapon.
