All Terrain Riot Control Walker

The Neo-Y9 RCW was an ingenious design concept that Elvar Nerical made
in conjunction with his brother Atiger, his crush Larna Gultross, and
friend Hiro Teshobi. The walker is rather tall and modular in design.
It holds six people, two pilots and four gunners. It has a blaster cannon
to deal with serious threats then stokhli spray cannons and tear gas
launchers to deal with riots. The vehicle is very popular among many
peacekeeping forces but is quite expensive.

Note: Requires a three-hour wait for the stuff to wear off,or a DC 25
strength check. When a character is successfully attacked by this
weapon, they are considered entangled; such an entangled character
is considered to be a prone target and cannot act unless he makes the
above DC 25 Strength check to break free. The spray is immune to
damage during flight.
