Electro Pulse Pistol

The EPP is a combination of a normal blaster and a specialized stun blaster. The weapon computer control system fires the stun bolt immediatly before the normal blaster bolt. The stun bolt freezes the targets muscles in that area, decreasing the characters resistance.
