Description: Formos, originally known as Xoloch, was a planet in the Kessel sector.

Formos was a member-world of Xim's Empire before its collapse in 25,100 BBY. It became a smuggling haven that was located near Kessel and its infamous spice mines.

Late in the Clone Wars, the planet was heavily contested until a Separatist victory was achieved due to the use of the Scorpenek annihilator droids.[4] During the reign of the Galactic Empire, the Imperial officer Quirt would collect criminals off of the streets of Formos and ship them off to Kessel to work in the mines there.

The planet had a spaceport, but outside of the smuggling aspect it had little to offer visitors.

Formos Spaceport

Formos Spaceport was a space port on the planet Formos.

The spaceport was used by smugglers to take on board spice shipments from nearby Kessel as well as Imperial troops to round up criminals and transport them to the spice mines on Kessel. The spaceport had enough landing space for Imperial prison barges like Colonel Quirt's and the loading docks were equipped with large cranes.

When Han Solo and Chewbacca visited the world on a smuggling run, they landed in the spaceport and were caught up in several incidents that nearly cost them their freedom. In the end, the pair escaped Imperial pursuit, but had to drop their cargo of spice in the process. The spaceport had Zord's Atmosphere Baths as one of its few attractions.

Secter 3

Secter 3 was a location on the planet of Formos in the Kessel sector.

Secter 3 was close to the spaceport where Han Solo landed the Millennium Falcon on Formos when smuggling spice from the planet. A sign pointing to the location was painted on the outside of the Falcon's landing bay.

Zord's Atmosphere Baths

Zord's Atmosphere Baths was a location on the planet of Formos.

The Atmosphere Baths was a spa on Formos where visitors could relax in a steam bath. Visitors of many species came to the spa, including N'Mrith, who appreciated the steam bath, as it reminded him of his home.

When Han Solo and Chewbacca visited the world on a smuggling run, their contact, N'Mrith, advised them to meet him at the location, as Imperial troops were patrolling the streets, looking out for suspicious behavior. The two smugglers met N'Mrith as planned, but did not enjoy the therapeutic conditions in the spa.
