Background:
U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander Kara “Guns” Wade is a brave, outstanding Naval Aviator and scientist.
She was born in Ely, Minnesota, USA.
She began training at NAS Pensacola, Florida, her natural intelligence and drive to succeed meant she passed the course easily, among the top percentile.
She entered the Strike (Jet) pipeline and completed her training at NAS Kingsville in the T-45A. During Strike training, pilots learn strike tactics, weapons delivery, air combat maneuvering, and receive their carrier landing qualification.
She has been involved in a few top-secret projects before, including testing advanced aircraft developed through technology brought back by the Stargate program.
She is essentially the poster girl for women in the armed forces and the Navy in particular.
