Weapon Group Proficiency: Plasma Weapons

WGP: Plasma weapons is the feat used to fire character-scale plasma
weapons. The weapon's stats should list the specific skill needed.
Additionally, the character's Ranged Attack Bonus sould be used as normal.

Specializations: Type or model of plasma weapon - plasma blaster, plasma
rifle, plasma carbine, plasma pistol, repeating plasma cannon, PPG, etc
