The Nova-class were Earth Force's biggest and most powerful ships during the
Minbari War, but still much inferior to Minbari ships. Since then this class
of ships have been refitted and more built. The newer Omega-class design was
based on the Nova-class to save development costs. This class is seems
heavily armed, and mostly provide support for combat units. These ships are
probably capable of some level of planetary bombardment. Like the Omega-
class, these ships can also open up their own jump-points.

Does the Nova class Dreadnought progressively get longer as in Earth Alliance History? On one page (2701) it is 591 metres long on another page (3572) it is 1501 metres long. Plus, since simulated gravity is known now, I suspect a project incorporating rotating sections was well underway as the choice to build deep space long mission Spaceships ref Earth Alliance Explorer. I suspect the Nova Dreadnoughts, minus the rotating section, was an expedient choice because of the Dilgar emergency? While the Hyperion Cruiser minus the rotating section was a penny saving exercise? Post Minbari war wouldn't Earth gov retrofit the surviving Capital ships with Rotating habitat sections? Regards, Cyril

As I replied to your other comment, different people have done these stats over the years, and come up with different versions which differ radically.
I personally have rules for capital ships to make them more in line with what West End Games published back in the 90's, but other people tend to stick with the official figures, so (for example) make capital ships with hundreds of guns where I make them in batteries of groups of guns. Some people google for the figures on length and size, while others just eyeball it and guess.
I hope I've made a space where everyone can decide which ones they like best.
