Description: The V-170 is a variant of the V-19 Torrent, but also it is an early predecessor of the Starwing Assault Gunboat. With fixed wings, the v-170 is a more rugged design than the Torrent, and the removal of mechanisms for moving the wings have allowed the addition of a second missile launcher and the doubling of missile capacity. A modification of the wings to those used by the ARC-170, also added extra firepower, and manueverability to the fighter, making this a popular vessel with its pilots.
