Description: The Colossus was a mobile aircraft refueling station on the ocean planet Castilon in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories. It was an old super tanker fuel depot. It was operated by Captain Imanuel Doza, who resided in the station's upper levels with his daughter Torra. The Colossus was defended by a squadron of skilled pilots, known as Ace Squadron, and was also home to many other individuals such as Jarek Yeager, who owned a repair shop on the station. By 34 ABY, the Colossus had not moved since at least 14 ABY, twenty years before.

During the New Republic's cold war with the First Order, Kazuda Xiono was sent to the station as a spy by Resistance Commander Poe Dameron. In the same year, the First Order began orchestrating pirate attacks against the station, wishing to use it as a staging area for the upcoming war. Commander Pyre, who had come up with the idea, figured that enough pirate attacks would force Captain Doza to request that the Order take over the station. Eventually, the First Order had the pirates kidnap Doza's daughter Torra so their own forces could "rescue" her, allowing them onto the station. During the ensuing occupation, as Xiono attempted to undermine the First Order's authority, he was eventually unmasked as a spy. Xiono, Torra, Yeager and Neeku Vozo, working with Captain Doza, rediscovered and reactivated the Colossus' hyperdrive to leave Castilon and escape the First Order, after fighting a pitched battle to leave the planet's atmosphere.

Points of interest

Aunt Z's Tavern

Aunt Z's Tavern was the most popular eatery on the Colossus. It was owned by Z'Vk'Thkrkza, whose alias Aunt Z gave the tavern its name. A droid named Glitch assisted her by serving clients and running simulation on the races' odds. The tavern was one of the sponsors of Hype Fazon, and his ship, Green Ace.

Newcomers or regulars, like Al and Jooks, could go there to eat, bet on the races, receive wise advice from Aunt Z, and of course enjoy a drink at the counter, which was often busy, in one of the alcoves, or on the balcony, which had a direct view of Doza Tower. Besides refreshment, foods, bets and the occasional bar fight, patrons could also entertain themselves with music from a jukebox, two arcades and a holo-dart target.

The place was decorated with all sort of oddities. Behind the counter was a collection of helmets, some of them Mandalorian, Imperial, rebel, or even from the old clone trooper pilot. There was also a reproduction of the decal that decorated the flanks of the Crumb Bomber, a gunship from the Clone Wars.

Colossus loading docks

The loading docks on the Colossus were a location where salvagers worked pulling wreckage from the ocean below. They were located on one end of the platform. Synara San got a job there after arriving on the Colossus.

Colossus marketplace

The Colossus marketplace was a marketplace that was busy with merchants, gamblers, and many species on the Colossus fueling station.

Jarek Yeager's Repair Station

Jarek Yeager's Repair Station, also known simply as Yeager's repairs, was a repair shop owned by Jarek Yeager on the Colossus. During the cold war, he allowed Kazuda Xiono to work in the shop as a member of Team Fireball but wanted nothing to do with the Resistance spy's mission.

Under Yeager, the mechanics Neeku Vozo and Tamara Ryvora worked in the shop. The shop had hangar space to repair ships, as well as room for the antiquated racer the Fireball. Inside the shop was tables to store parts and tools, and the workshop opened to the outside of the station.

Office of Acquisitions

Office of Acquisitions was a shop located on the Colossus, a fueling station located on the planet Castilon, and owned by Orka and Flix. They supplied pilots and mechanics, like Team Fireball, with ship parts of various quality. They also sponsored Hype Fazon and his ship, Green Ace. Flix and Orka were assisted in their job by GL-N, a pit droid. Each partner focused on an aspect of their operation: Orka did the bartering, while Flix took care of book-keeping. The shop had a trapdoor located just inside the entrance, which unwary thieves would usually find themselves dumped down.

West Docks

The West Docks was a docking area on the Colossus platform. The First Order arrested several residents of the station who opposed their occupation, holding them as prisoners at the West Docks.

Colossus hyperdrive room

The hyperdrive room of the Colossus was located deep in the station. It contained the super tanker fuel depot's hyperdrive, mounted directly above the central control table. The room also contained controls for all of the Colossus' systems, including doors, power systems, and atmospheric controls. By the time the Colossus was occupied by the First Order in 34 ABY, the hyperdrive room had been out of use for many years.

Doza Tower

Doza Tower, also referred to as High Tower, was a tower located on the Colossus, a refueling platform on the ocean planet Castilon. It was considered a luxurious space, and as such, most Colossus inhabitants dreamed of living there. The Aces Lounge was located within Doza Tower.

Aces Lounge

Aces Lounge was a lounge in Doza Tower, a luxurious secton of the refueling station known as the Colossus on the planet Castilon. In the lounge, members of Ace Squadron, a group of racers who also flew defense for the station, and their crews were able to indulge in the cleaner quarters and upscale food options.

Doza's office

Doza's office was the office of Captain Imanuel Doza in Doza Tower on the Colossus. It was located at the very top of the station, accessible from the hallway below via a short turbolift. When the super tanker fuel depot was airborne, it served as the station's bridge. Doza kept his old Imperial uniform hidden in the office in a closet next to his desk.

Hangar B2

Hangar B2 was a hangar located on the Colossus space station that the First Order used for housing confiscated starships.

Sector 7-E

Sector 7-E was a location on the Colossus, where the station's residents were prohibited from entering. Kazuda Xiono and BB-8 encountered several pirates in sector 7-E, and managed to prevent them from stealing several crates of blasters.
