Rules: The Whistling Bird fires all of it's missiles at one time, hitting up to 12 targets, but the user must make individual attack rolls to hit each target, taking a -4D penalty to their skill for each targeted missile (-1 pip for each extra action instead of -1D). This penalty can of course be lowered if less missiles are targeted and instead just fire off into walls, the sky, the ground, etc.
The missile launcher needs reloaded after each use, and takes 1 action for each missile as it is delicate work.

Description: A whistling bird was a type of weapon used by Mandalorians. Made of beskar steel, they were small guided munitions placed in Mandalorian vambraces which, when deployed, flew through the air while making a whistling noise before striking the target and killing them with a small explosion. In 9 ABY, a Mandalorian armorer made whistling birds for a bounty hunter known simply as "the Mandalorian." He subsequently used whistling birds to kill four Stormtroopers simultaneously during a mission to rescue "The Child" on Nevarro.
