Portable Proton Torpedo Launcher

Some of the more vicious Imperial engineers developed a smaller portable
proton torpedo launcher for ground troop use that proved to be very
effective in mass usage against ground battles. However, the weight
makes it very impractical for troops to carry around without being
slowed down greatly.
