        Hold Breath. The Tarbh Uisge can hold its breath for up to 30 minutes.

        Multiattack. The Tarbh Uisge makes two attacks: one with its horns and one with its hooves.

        Bellow. The Tarbh Uisge lets out a terrifying bellow that can be heard up to a mile away. All creatures within 60 feet of the Tarbh Uisge that can hear it must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Tarbh Uisge's Bellow for the next 24 hours.

Legendary Actions
        The Tarbh Uisge can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Tarbh Uisge regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
        Gore. The Tarbh Uisge makes a horns attack.
        Splash. The Tarbh Uisge creates a powerful splash with its hooves, spraying water in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
        Swim. The Tarbh Uisge moves up to its swim speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Description: The Tarbh Uisge is a fearsome creature from Scottish folklore, known for its deadly and vicious nature. It is often described as a water bull or water ox, with a powerful and muscular body that is covered in thick, shaggy fur.
