Description: Training droids also known as trainer droids, were a type of droid that were utilized to provide hands-on instruction. The Jedi Order used a class of training droid. The Marksman-H training remote was a type of training droid.

History
In 29 BBY, Anakin Skywalker sparred with a Jedi training droid that he had converted to look like the Sith Lord Darth Maul.[2] In 22 BBY,[3] Bear Clan utilized Marksman-H training remotes to practice deflecting blaster fire.[4] During the Clone Wars, Skywalker's Padawan Ahsoka Tano and other Jedi trained against training remotes adapted to fight like battle droids. Unimpressed that his apprentice was simply following the same training routine as everyone else, he had Tano train with the 501st Legion they commanded.[1] In 19 BBY,[3] Caleb Dume, Sammo Quid, and Tai Uzuma underwent similar training in their Initiate Trials.[5]
