*: Game Notes: This Droid was modified in the Techno Union Droid Factory on Mustafar to be more effective against Darth Vader. The modifications included a resistance to energy weapons such as Electro-Staffs (+2D), and blasts/explosions such as the Zaly Shield Vader (+4D) had in his possession at the time.

Description: This is a standard Techno Union Octuptarra Tri-Droid which remained in storage at the abandoned Techno Union Droid Factory on Mustafar, however when the Scourge reached the factory it used the machinery there to modify the droid to fight Darth Vader who it was also attempting to take control of at the time.
The Droid was effective while Vader was suffering from a lack of control of his Force Powers caused by the Force Wave caused by the opening of the Fermata Cage. However he soon regained control by realising his powers came from hatred and concentrating on the being he hated most, which allowed him to manipulate the droid with the Force, and to use his Lightsaber to destroy it.
