Andraven Wellagrin Curry

A Recipe for: Wellagrin (Snow Swiming Non-Sentients)


  • 500g Andraven Wellagrin meat, cubed (if unavailable substitute lamb)
  • 2 Zeltron onions, finely chopped (if unavailable substitute onions)
  • 3 cloves Endorian garlic, minced (if unavailable substitute garlic)
  • 1 Rodian carrot, diced (if unavailable substitute carrot)
  • 1 Tatooine potato, peeled and diced (if unavailable substitute potato)
  • 1 cup Corellian tomato puree (if unavailable substitute tomato puree)
  • 1 cup Alderaanian coconut milk (if unavailable substitute coconut milk)
  • 2 tablespoons Coruscant olive oil (if unavailable substitute olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons Mandalorian curry powder (if unavailable substitute curry powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustafar ground cumin (if unavailable substitute ground cumin)
  • 1 teaspoon Kashyyyk ground coriander (if unavailable substitute ground coriander)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tatooine ground turmeric (if unavailable substitute ground turmeric)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Naboo cilantro, for garnish (if unavailable substitute cilantro)
  • Cooked Coruscant rice or Tatooine naan bread, for serving (if unavailable substitute rice or naan bread)


  1. Heat the Coruscant olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add the finely chopped Zeltron onions to the skillet and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced Endorian garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cubed Andraven Wellagrin meat to the skillet and cook until it is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the diced Rodian carrot and Tatooine potato, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the Corellian tomato puree to the skillet and stir to combine with the meat and vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle the Mandalorian curry powder, Mustafar ground cumin, Kashyyyk ground coriander, and Tatooine ground turmeric over the contents of the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly with the spices.
  8. Pour in the Alderaanian coconut milk, stirring to incorporate it into the mixture. Bring the curry to a simmer.
  9. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the curry simmer gently for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded together.
  10. Season the Andraven Wellagrin curry with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve the curry hot over cooked Coruscant rice or alongside warm Tatooine naan bread.
  12. Garnish with fresh Naboo cilantro before serving.
