Naboo Gualaar Rissoles

A Recipe for: Gualaar (Naboo Beast of Burden)


  • 500g Naboo Gualaar meat, minced (if unavailable substitute beef)
  • 1 Corellian onion, finely chopped (if unavailable substitute onion)
  • 2 cloves Endorian garlic, minced (if unavailable substitute garlic)
  • 1 Rodian carrot, grated (if unavailable substitute carrot)
  • 1 Zeltron bell pepper, finely diced (if unavailable substitute bell pepper)
  • 1/2 cup Alderaanian bread crumbs (if unavailable substitute bread crumbs)
  • 2 tablespoons Corellian parsley, chopped (if unavailable substitute parsley)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustafar dried oregano (if unavailable substitute dried oregano)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tatooine ground cumin (if unavailable substitute ground cumin)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mandalorian black pepper (if unavailable substitute black pepper)
  • 1 egg, beaten (if unavailable substitute egg)
  • 2 tablespoons Coruscant olive oil (if unavailable substitute olive oil)
  • Salt, to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced Naboo Gualaar meat, finely chopped Corellian onion, minced Endorian garlic, grated Rodian carrot, finely diced Zeltron bell pepper, Alderaanian bread crumbs, chopped Corellian parsley, Mustafar dried oregano, Tatooine ground cumin, Mandalorian black pepper, beaten egg, and salt to taste.
  2. Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round rissole.
  4. Heat Coruscant olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add the rissoles to the skillet in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
  6. Cook the rissoles for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the cooked Naboo Gualaar rissoles from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  8. Serve the rissoles hot with your favorite side dishes or dipping sauces.
