Klatooine Paddy Frog Stir Fry

A Recipe for: Klatooine Paddy Frog (Edible Amphibian)

Ingredients:



  • 500g Klatooine Paddy Frog meat, thinly sliced (if unavailable substitute chicken breast)
  • 2 Zeltron bell peppers, sliced (if unavailable substitute bell peppers)
  • 1 Rodian carrot, julienned (if unavailable substitute carrot)
  • 1 cup Alderaanian green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces (if unavailable substitute green beans)
  • 1 cup Corellian broccoli florets (if unavailable substitute broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup Tatooine scallions, sliced (if unavailable substitute scallions)
  • 2 cloves Endorian garlic, minced (if unavailable substitute garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons Coruscant olive oil (if unavailable substitute olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup Mandalorian soy sauce (if unavailable substitute soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons Naboo oyster sauce (if unavailable substitute oyster sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Mustafar ginger, minced (if unavailable substitute ginger)
  • 1 teaspoon Kashyyyk cornstarch (if unavailable substitute cornstarch)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked Coruscant rice, for serving (if unavailable substitute rice)

Instructions:



  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Mandalorian soy sauce, Naboo oyster sauce, minced Mustafar ginger, and Kashyyyk cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat the Coruscant olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the thinly sliced Klatooine Paddy Frog meat to the skillet. Stir-fry until it's cooked through and no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the cooked frog meat from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced Zeltron bell peppers and julienned Rodian carrot. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Add the Alderaanian green beans, Corellian broccoli florets, sliced Tatooine scallions, and minced Endorian garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked Klatooine Paddy Frog meat to the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. Give the sauce mixture a quick stir and then pour it over the contents of the skillet.
  8. Toss everything together until the sauce evenly coats the meat and vegetables.
  9. Continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
  11. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  12. Serve the Klatooine Paddy Frog Stir Fry hot over cooked Coruscant rice.
