Tauntaun Burgers

A Recipe for: Tauntaun (Ice World Beast of Burden)

Ingredients:

• 500g Tauntaun meat, ground (if unavailable substitute beef)
  
• 4 Hoth snow buns (if unavailable substitute hamburger buns)
  
• 1 Zeltron tomato, sliced (if unavailable substitute tomato)
  
• 1 Corellian onion, sliced (if unavailable substitute onion)
  
• 4 leaves Alderaanian lettuce (if unavailable substitute lettuce)
  
• 4 slices Naboo cheese (if unavailable substitute cheese)
  
• 4 tablespoons Mustafar ketchup (if unavailable substitute ketchup)
  
• 4 tablespoons Tatooine mustard (if unavailable substitute mustard)
  
• 2 tablespoons Coruscant olive oil (if unavailable substitute olive oil)
  
• Salt and pepper, to taste
  

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
   
2. Divide the ground Tauntaun meat into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent it from bulging while cooking. Season both sides of the patties generously with salt and pepper.
   
3. Brush each Tauntaun patty with Coruscant olive oil to prevent sticking.
   
4. Place the Tauntaun patties on the preheated grill or grill pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare burgers, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C), and for well-done burgers, aim for 160°F (71°C).
   
5. While the Tauntaun burgers are cooking, lightly toast the Hoth snow buns on the grill until they're warm and slightly crispy.
   
6. Once the burgers are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
   
7. To assemble the Tauntaun burgers, place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted Hoth snow bun.
   
8. Top each patty with a slice of Zeltron tomato, a slice of Corellian onion, a leaf of Alderaanian lettuce, and a slice of Naboo cheese.
   
9. Spread Mustafar ketchup and Tatooine mustard on the inside of the top half of each bun.
   
10. Place the top half of the bun over the cheese to complete the burgers.
