Description: The Bothans are a key member of the New Republic, who have contributed as much as they could, although this has been because they fear that the other races who contribute more would be seen as more important than them. The Bothan Drothas class cruiser (named after the leader of the team of Bothan spies who died stealing the Death Star 2 plans), is the front line cruiser they have contributed to the Republic, capable of standing up against a Star Destroyer, the Drothas relies on its sheilds, making it vulnerable against Ion weapons, however it also has a state of the art sensor package and carries more starfighters than similarly sized Calimari ships can.
