I think watching it in chunks affected my perspective. However I do have a thought on the Siler Saber/Neutral State that came to me as I saw it used. It quickly struck me that what we are told it is, is coming from the character's, Nawaan's specifically, perspective and that was shared with Kara. I think it is incorrect as to what her father did and what they accomplished.

I recall both Juro's and Qui-gon's line of trusting in the force and letting it guide you. I think that is what the silver mindset is. Allowing yourself to or attaining the capacity to give yourself over to the guidance of that Force. Not that is is possessing you, but not being slowed by second guessing and self doubt. The heightened Silver glow could be an artistic choice or a more 'mindful' version of this.

Now, Kara's blade going green. I took it to mean a realization that this "neutral" method is not the only way to greatly open yourself to the Force and that you can hold a clarity and connection of one's self along side just letting your intentions and the Force guiding you. This preceding line might be a stretch or just me not quite being able to articulate the concept well.

As an side, and I think you partially gave mention to this. Her father's blades are the mood ones as he had mentioned "I have made them like this" or something similar in the premiere Visions episode and I think early in the Ninth Jedi series. Addtionally there are heavy samurai theming to the narrative and that can include being "defeated" by a person holding their ideals and growing to have their conviction be stronger than yours. It has also been called "The Battle of Wills". I think that is what the final fight was tapping into and why Nawaan was being affected as if being struck. She was on some level battering his own will and conviction with her own, now stronger one.
