        Another month another poll closes, and its been one of our tightest yet with Space: Above and Beyond winning by a single vote. Futurama was the popular leader for most of the month before losing in the last day, Firefly has shot up the rankings, probably due to the Serenity movie (I'm going Sunday night to see it after watching the series last week and enjoying it massively). The 4th and 5th positions were taken by Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Babylon 5: Crusade respectively, although early in the month it was a four way competition between B5:Crusade, Firefly, Futurama and S:AAB.         Well, as one poll ends, another begins (as always), and this month a totally Star Wars themed one, we're asking which is your favourite Star Wars Expanded Universe character. Obviously we couldn't fit them all in, and some of my favourites were dropped to allow a good spread of characters (that said, since I haven't really read the New Jedi Order novels, I'm pretty unaware of which characters are popular in them). So if your favourite isn't present, let me know in the forums, and if there are any characters not getting any votes, late entrants can replace the unpopular ones.         Well its all taking far longer than expected. After getting off to a flying start, laziness took over, and I've still the Equipment and Vehicles sections to do. This months theme was going to be The Force, but the apathy caused by the daunting nature of the transition to a database based menu system has meant I've instead decided to do the far easier theme of Creatures, until I can at least ask around about some of the Force User types, and Force Powers that I was considering stat'ing.
