Black Nova Heavy Combat Armor

Only used by the Imperial Storm Bureau, even they have few Black Nova's
(Blackies).  Very rare and illegal, these powersuits have many similarities
to the Abyss and Devastator also produced by Titan Technologies.  One
characteristic that sets this armor in its own league, it absorbs blaster
fire and discharges it to anything it comes in contact with.  The Blackie is
a sure to be killer literally.
