Description: CT-8801 was a clone trooper of the Galactic Republic's Grand Army during the Clone Wars. Following the end of the war, which came with the Republic's reorganization into the Galactic Empire, he became part of the Empire's Stormtrooper Corps, operating as a stormtrooper of the Imperial Army. Several months after the Empire's formation, the clone trooper was dispatched to the Imperial-occupied planet Serenno, under the command of Clone Captain Wilco.
On Serenno, CT-8801 was tasked with helping retrieve the war chest of Dooku, the deceased Count of Serenno. However, while patrolling as the final transport was loaded, the trooper encountered the rogue clone commandos of Clone Force 99 during a patrol, who had come to Serenno seeking the war chest for their galactic freedom. In the encounter, the trooper was stunned by Wrecker, which eventually caused alarm among the Imperial forces when CT-8801 failed to report in.
Biography
After the conclusion of the Clone Wars and the rise of the Galactic Empire, the planet Serenno, home of the Separatist leader of Count Dooku, was subjected to an orbital bombardment by the fledgling Empire and subsequently occupied. Dooku's palace was a point of great interest to the Empire, as it contained a massive war chest filled with treasures plundered from many worlds by the Separatists during the war. A large detachment of at least forty clone stormtroopers, CT-8801 included, were dispatched to Dooku's palace to extract the treasures off-world.
CT-8801 was guarding the perimeter of the palace's shipyard when Clone Force 99 infiltrated the Imperial installation, intending to steal some of Dooku's war chest. As the rogue clones hid inside the third and final cargo vessel, they caught the attention of CT-8801, who was subsequently stunned by Wrecker. His unconscious body was pulled aboard and hidden in the cargo bay of the vessel. CT-8801's absence was noted by his commanding officer, Wilco, after he failed to respond over the comms channel.
After the cargo vessel had taken off with rogue clones Tech, Echo, and Omega trapped aboard, CT-8801 eventually awoke from being stunned. In a daze, the stormtrooper stumbled out of the cargo bay and into the ship's hallways, but was immediately stunned by the rogue clones once again.
