They're from the old Knights of the Old Republic comics by Dark Horse. Dark Side beasties from Dxun.

The stats are simple and straight-forward, but have a lot of potential for many other uses. Moreso, the art for it just gets to me, and I'd love to know who the artist is, they might have more goodies to look through.
