Description: FX-6 was an FX-9 surgical assistant that built Grievous after the Kaleesh was involved in a gruesome shuttle crash that almost killed him and destroyed most of his original body. In 19 BBY, FX-6 was present at the Grand Republic Medical Facility on Coruscant with an DD-13 medical assistant droid and 2-1B-series medical droid and performed blood transfusions during the reconstruction of Darth Vader following his defeat at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar. At some point after 12 BBY, FX-6, and the DD-13 and 2-1B medical droids, were moved to Vader's fortress on Mustafar, where they continued to design and implement improvements to Vader's armor under his supervision.
