Capsule: This was Mobquet's attempt to provide the Imperial Army with an armored personnel carrier. Despite the fairly heavy armor, the army was unimpressed, especially considering the high price tag. In an effort to recoup their losses on the vehicle, Mobquet has converted almost the entire production run into armored cars for use by corporations which have a need for secure transport. In this role the Tortoise has proven exceedingly difficult to hijack, and has become a minor success.
