Ever since I saw Colony on SyFy Channel a few years back, I’ve liked this actor. In Ashoka he seemed to play a similar character, but didn’t keep showing up to make himself as forcefully relevant as in Colony. A shame, seems a waste of a darn good actor.

He did look familiar, but I've not seen Colony, so don't know where I know him from. But he did a great job in Ahsoka, as while they've listed him in Wookieepedia as a Imperial Sympathiser, I kind of thought he was just oblivious to it all, and just in it for the money, so was a greedy unscrupulous businessman rather than an Imperial.

Agreed on his ignorance, wasn't sure if it was worth saying though. Maybe he'll come back later? That would be a good way to progress his character and continue his inclusion, trying to prove his innocence, and maybe seeing which side offers him the better deal (seriously, watch Colony!).
