Description: A human male prison commander was an Imperial officer in the Imperial Prison Complex on Narkina 5. He controlled numerous aspects of the prison complex including the PA system and the hydroelectric power plants, and was also in command of two technicians who controlled other aspects of the prison. During the Uprising on Narkina 5 he was forced at gunpoint by Cassian Andor and Kino Loy to disable the hydroelectric power plants.
