Description: Teth was a dense jungle planet located in Wild Space of the galaxy. At some point, the world was inhabited by the B'omarr Order. However, by the time of the Clone Wars, their castles were abandoned, though some would be converted by the Hutts into formidable strongholds. Some distance from the B'omarr monasteries and the Tomb of Ziro the Hutt's father, an area of mysterious rock formations could be found on the surface of Teth.

The planet Teth was located in the Teth system of the Baxel sector, which straddled the Outer Rim Territories and Wild Space, with Teth seated in the latter at grid square U-12 on the Standard Galactic Grid. Situated along the Triellus Trade Route, Teth orbited its system's singular star and was orbited by two moons. On the surface was a mix of rocky ground and tangled jungle, all cast in shades of deep purple to light mauve by its atmosphere, which was comfortably breathable for Hutts, humans and other species.

The trees that populated the jungles had serpentine trunks which twisted and coiled upwards, and were bedecked with thick vines. The heavy canopy turned the space beneath into a gloomy, dark place filled with the sounds of a myriad of different species, and were further obscured by the perpetual mists that cloaked the planet. Wherever there was a break in the canopy, the thick ground would cover thrives as tall rock columns thrusted upward from the lowland jungles. Carved out millennia ago by wind and water, the columns were topped by flat areas, the largest of which carried jungles of their own. Due to their elevation above the dangers of the lowland jungles, the tops of the pillars made for good sites for individual dwellings of those that made Teth their home.

Because of the planet's location, visits to Teth were uncommon, and was one reason why the reclusive B'omarr monastic order established a monastery on the planet.

History
Once colonized by monks of the B'omarr Order, their empty monasteries later fell under Hutt control.

Mission to Teth
In 40 BBY, the Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi were sent on a mission to Teth to investigate the possible involvement of the Hutts in the disappearance of agricultural shipments on the Triellus Trade Route. The mission proved problematic due to the poor teamwork between Jinn and Kenobi, resulting in Kenobi's capture as a hostage. Ultimately, however, Jinn was successful in scaring the Hutts away from making further attacks on the shipments, at least for the time being.

The Clone Wars
During the Clone Wars, Separatist leader Count Dooku's assassin, Asajj Ventress, brought Jabba the Hutt's infant son Rotta to the abandoned B'omarr monastery after she kidnapped him from Tatooine. Several bounty hunters and two ARF troopers, one of whom was a lieutenant, followed her to the monastery. The bounty hunters were killed and their severed heads sent back to Jabba, but the two ARF troopers were able to report back to Galactic Republic forces about the whereabouts of the kidnapped child and leave unnoticed.

Jedi General Anakin Skywalker, his Padawan Ahsoka Tano, and Torrent Company then led a mission to rescue the Huttlet from the battle droid battalion that guarded the monastery. However, Ventress then arrived with more reinforcements and trapped the Jedi and clone troopers in the monastery. Skywalker, Tano, and R2-D2 eventually escaped aboard the freighter Twilight and returned Rotta to his father on Tatooine.

Imperial Era
Sometime after the Battle of Yavin, Grakkus the Hutt, who had been captured by the Alliance to Restore the Republic, was aboard the Millennium Falcon being escorted by Han Solo and Chewbacca to a prison on Akiva, where he would be interrogated to reveal the location of a personal hideout with resources that could help the Rebellion. After a confrontation with the Galactic Empire, Grakkus attempted to break free by attacking Solo and grabbing him by the neck to make Chewbacca set the course for Teth, where Grakkus' hideout was located. However, Solo activated a device that was placed on Grakkus before they left the rebel fleet while he slept that electrocuted him. The rebels knew that Grakkus would likely try to flee, and Solo left a channel of communication open in case Grakkus revealed the hideout's location. Grakkus was then taken to Akiva and the rebels went to Teth to look for his hiding place.

Places of Interest
B'omarr Order Monastery
The B'omarr Order Monastery, also known as the Teth Monastery, was a monastery built by the B'omarr Order on Teth, a jungle world in Wild Space. The abandoned monastery was taken over by Asajj Ventress and the Separatist Droid Army during the Clone Wars, and they used it to hide Rotta, the infant son of the crime lord Jabba the Hutt, as part of their plan to make the Hutt Clan believe that the Jedi Order had kidnapped the Huttlet. This led to the Battle of Teth between the Separatists and the Grand Army of the Republic, with Jedi General Anakin Skywalker leading Republic forces to take the monastery.

During the Imperial Era, Rex's Clone Underground used the monastery as their base of operations. However, it was destroyed and left in ruins when the Empire discovered its location and sent a strike team to capture the clone Omega.

Grakkus' safe house
A safe house was owned by the Hutt crime lord Grakkus on the planet Teth.

Hutt palace of Teth
The Hutt palace of Teth was the base of operations for Wanbo the Hutt on the planet Teth. Inside the palace was a hangar and a spice den, which had floating platforms for musicians.

In 40 BBY, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi were involved in a fight in the Hutt palace while investigating the possible involvement of the Hutts in the disappearance of agricultural shipments on the Triellus Trade Route.

Tomb of Ziro the Hutt's father
The Tomb of Ziro the Hutt's father was the location where Ziro Desilijic Tiure's father was buried, located in a hollow on a rock spire on the planet Teth, in Wild Space. Few people knew of the grave's existence or location, as it was where Ziro had hidden a holodiary with damning information regarding the doings of the Grand Hutt Council.
In 21 BBY, Ziro, after escaping Nal Hutta, took his former lover Sy Snootles to Teth to retrieve the diary. However, Snootles was secretly working for Jabba Desilijic Tiure, and after he retrieved the diary, she shot him, leaving his corpse by the gravesite, where it was later discovered by bounty hunter Cad Bane and Jedi Masters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Quinlan Vos.
