RanCorp A.R.T. Assault Rifle

The AS-430 is used by Rancorp's Action Response Team. The A.R.T. is used
for riots, certain covert retailiatory missions, anti-terrorist operations and
several other things. This rifle provides them the quick targeting and high
firpower they need to deal with such problems. Unfortunately the design team
omitted a stun setting on the rifle.
