Background:
Hynerians are an aquatic race of small, grayish-green amphibians which have three stomachs and fart helium when nervous or frightened. They have an empire of over 600 billion souls, not all of which are Hynerian, and a Dominar which rules over them. All Hynerians must sleep after they take pleasure (though their females can fake it just as well as any others). Dominars do not usually consort with lower classes, especially common soldiers.

Doctor Nygela is a highly qualified scientist, engineer and doctor, with an exceptionally wide degree of knowledge. He finds the leviathans fascinating and would like to study them and biomechanoids further. After spending much time in education, he spent sometime dabbling somewhat successfully as politician and as a political advisor.
