Lumnar PSU-1 Shield Generator

The Light Shield project  was going slow so Lumnar decided to market normal
energy shield as well. They would see what they could develop faster. They
took Merrson' already existing energy shield generator and expanded it's
power pack slot a bit and made it look different. They then upped the
prices more than neccesary and marketed it as the Personal Shield Unit 1
belt unit. It's worn on a belt nd is a thick disc with controls set on it.
