RahlTech Laser Targeting System

The RahlTech LTS was developed shortly after the Battle of Endor. It serves
as the perfect sniper finder, especially at night. The laser is shot out in
the direction the RL-LTS is pointing and if it hits some sort of optical
lens (like the kind found is rifle scopes) it is shot straight back,
illuminating the lens in a bright green colour.

Day: 60 m with special lens, 40 m without special lens
Night: 85 m

Game Notes: Any lenses the laser points at are illuminated a bright green,
adding +2 to the user's RAB roll in the dark, +1in the day.
