This skill represents one's knowledge of fashion. It can be used as for
when bargaining with someone over clothes, if you have enough knowledge to
know if the clothing is in style. The Difficulty range increases as the
area that the fashion is in becomes more unfamiliar to your character
(for example, someone who has lived in Coruscant all their life would
make an Easy roll, while it would be near Heroic if they were to find
fashion for a planet like Tatooine).
