Both my brother and me were born on the Camp Verde Apache Reservation,
Arizona, though over a decade apart. During his childhood James was an
exceptional athlete and very strong, just the same as his brother had been in
his youth.
My brother joined the USMC and moved his way up to the rank of corporal. He went to war for his country, when the marines went to Iraq for the Gulf War in 1990-1991.
I have since discovered that my brother John had the same abilities and powers that I have developed.
Just before John’s funeral in the Western Desert, I stole his body to give him a traditional Apache warrior’s funeral rite. I hardly new my brother but admired him as a hero. Someday I will have vengeance on the Watchers who led him to his death.
