Description: Vulptices (singular: Vulptex) were a species of fox-like creatures[1] that lived within burrows and tunnels beneath the surface of the salt-covered mineral planet of Crait. They were distinguished by their white, crystalline fur. A group of vulptices was called a skulk.

After the Rebel Alliance abandoned their outpost on the planet, the Vulptices had come to roam free through the abandoned structures.[5] Decades later an extremely curious skulk of vulptices was present on Crait during the time of a battle that broke out between the First Order and the Resistance on the planet surface. The skulk found their way into the abandoned outpost while the door was closing, and they remained in the outpost while the battle of Crait was going on. While Luke Skywalker was distracting the First Order, the vulptices had somehow found their way out of the outpost, which seemingly had no escape. Finn inquired where the "crystal critters" had gone. One was spotted making its escape through a tunnel near the back of the outpost. However, the exit was blocked by a large pile of rocks. Rey used the Force to move the rocks out of the way. The Resistance was then able to follow the creatures out of the base.

I wonder if petting one would cut the skin.

I think if you stroked with the flow of the shards, and as long as you were gentle, you'd be fine, kind of like a Hedgehog or Porcupine.

Wait a second? Do you get Hedgehogs in the US?

Yeah, we have them. I think? Never seen one where I live in Tennessee, but they get decent exposure, as far as I've seen growing up. That might be more because of Sonic The Hedgehog though, lol.

Holy crap! These things can throw adult humans around and shove Wookies with that Strength. Unless that was your intent, may I suggest lowering ST and increasing bite damage or some such.

I do wonder if the glowing eyes are indicative of a different spectrum of sight or enhanced standard vision?

I do appreciate these little creatures and thank you for attempting to stat them. They are both wondrous and cute.
Thank you for submitting!
